Tomorrow December 14 is my wonderful husband's 26th birthday. I was soo stumped on a card to make for him. I had no ideas I searched through my paper trying to get some inspiration no luck :( I finally came up with this card but I am not happy with it. Oh well. Time is short. I used paper from Boys Live to Rock stack that I got from Hobby Lobby. I cuttlebugged the blue paper then inked it. The ice cream cone is from Sweet Treats and the striped cut is from Sweethearts cartridgeThe background yelow paper I used the MS drippy goo border punch. The stamp set is from Pink by Design.

I really like the card. As you aren't quite happy with it, have you thought of adding some stickles to the icecream to make it shine. I used this cut in a LO for my little boy and the stickles made all the difference. I think I also embossed the icecream with swiss dots...just a thought. Here is a link to that layout on my blog
