Glovee

Here is a picture of my Baseball Fanatic. I am telling you he thinks about baseball 24/7. He has to take his glove or as he calls it GLOVEE everywhere he goes. Glovee even sleeps in the bed with him at night.

Well Glovee is being put to rest today. :( (Into a Shadowbox above his bed). The glove has been used so much the last 3 years it finally fell apart. My son is sad but is ok since I am not throwing it away and it will still be in his life somewhat. Lol you would think it was a pet right? Here is a close up of his beloved "Glovee"

I decided to do a scrapbook page of Glovee as well. I used Mickey Mouse Font for the letters cut at 2 1/2 ".

The Glove is cut from Sports Mania cartridge. I cut the glove at 8".

2nd Birthday

Robyn at My Pink Stamper is having a color challenge going on till Monday. The challenge is to use the colors Pink, Green, Brown, and Orange. So here is my layout using these colors. The strips of paper behind the pictures are actually pink, orange, and green. Even though the green looks yellow in all the pictures. I couldn't get the camera to capture the true colors.

The only cartridge used was Sweet Treats cartridge. I used the Martha Stewart Small Ribbon Threader border punch then threaded brown ribbon through it as well.

Expecting

Emma over at My Creative Time is having her weekly Thursday Throwback Challenge. The challenge was to use the New Arrival cartridge and do a "baby" theme. This is good for me seeing that I am no 6 months pregnant. That way I can get some pages done for our new little girl who will be here soon. On the page I am going to put some of my sonogram pictures. I just went to the doctor on Tuesday and got some really good pictures of her face. She already looks just like my other kids. Same nose. :)

In the picture above I have a smaller pregnant lady. The picture below shows the final page when I decided to cut her at 6 inches instead from New Arrival. The lettering is cut from George and Basic Shapes cartridge.

The "a girl" , safety pins, and baby face is cut from New Arrival cartridge. I stamped Peachy Keen's Baby Face Assortment Stamps on the little girl.

Waiting for Baby

These pictures were taken when we were waiting for our Independent Girly Girl to arrive. Of course I barely got around to scrapping them. I am soo behind. But one page at a time right. Welcome Baby is cut from the Nursery Rhymes cartridge. The girl is from Everyday Paper Dolls.

I ran her hair and shirt through the cuttlebug. The hair was run through Branches folder and her shirt was run through the Tiny Bubbles folder. Her purse I ran through the Script Font folder than inked it. I added a flower with a rhinestone to her bow. The pregnant mommy's face was stamped with Peachy Keen Stamps Princess Face Assortments.

Band Aid Time

This is from an old picture of our baseball fanatic when he got hurt. I used cuts from the cricut Lite cartridge B is for Boy and Everyday Paper Dolls. I put black cardstock under the band aid then just cut around to give it a extra layer.

Camping Trip

Sorry I have been MIA. My husband and I are both on vacation this week. We wanted to go camoing before our baseball fanatic son starts Kindergarten in July :( So we were camping this weekend. Super hot but lots of FUN! I made a page for our family picture we took while camping.

This picture is after I added stickles and glossy glaze. The sun is stamped with Peachy Keen Simple Sally Stamps. Nature is cut from Graphically Speaking cartridge. All the rest of the cuts are from Everyday Paper Dolls cartridge.

The stamp Happy Campers and the stamp on the sign that says "Are we there yet?" are from a Cosmo Cricket stamp set called Mr. Campy. See you soon :)

Minnie Mouse

So my independent girly girl loves her Minnie Mouse. This is from her second birthday. She had to have Minnie by her side the whole time. I cut the bow border at a fit to page setting which came out at 3 1/2 inches.

Here is a close up of Minnie Mouse. I think she is super adorable. She was cut at 4 1/4 inches.
