Baby Boy LO

Yay How exciting! Today is design team day for 40:31 Creations. I am just so loving all of Lauren's
stamps. I Used stamps from her New Baby stamp set.

These are pictures of my little man. I cannot believe he is going to be 6 years old in just over a month. Where does the time go? It slips away right from under us. And this is one of the reasons I love to scrapbook. I make something I can look back on years from now and while making the page I get to reminisce on the moment. My baby boy was only 6 weeks old here.
The rocking horse is cut from B is for Boy cartridge. And of course all the great stamps are from 40:31 Creations!

Card Creations & More by C Challenge #1

Today is challenge #1 over Card Creations & More by C. The challenge is Anything
but a card. I decided to make piggy banks for my kids. The kicker here is
they do NOT get the money. I know sad for them , but yay for me
and the hubby. Everyday we are putting a $1 in each of their
banks. Then that is the money that we will use to buy their Christmas
presents this coming year. I hate the feeling of trying to come up with
the money around Christmas time. This will be better since it will
already be there. Its not all coming out of our bank at once. :)
So I made these from empty drink mix containers I had around the
house. Here they are before the transformation.
OK for my big boy Daniel, he dreams of baseball 24/7. So I used Sports Mania
cartridge to cut the saying Baseball is life. I finally used my I rock to put the 3 orange
rhinestones down plus the blue rhinestones for the dots of my
i's. I used the present border punch from Martha Stewart for my
bottom border. I added orange stickles to the ribbon on the presents.
The baseball was hand made. I used my Stampin up circle punch
and added some stitching.
For Isabella I had to put something princess on
hers. I think I gave birth to a real princess. She wakes up every
morning and goes and grabs her tiara and wears it all day long.
It does not come off till she is getting into bed. hehe this
girl cracks me up. I put used Martha stewart border punches
again for the top and bottom decorations. The tiara is cut from
Twinkle Toes. The little girl is cut from the same
cartridge. I then made a banner sign and stamped a Pink
By Design stamp saying Sweet n Sassy on it.
And the last one is for my baby girl Alexie. She is
such a sweet and mellow baby girl. The two border
punches are also from Martha Stewart. The toy cut is from the
B is for Boy lite cartridge. The sentiment baby is from Papertrey Ink. Enjoy.

Horsey Card

I've been making cards for the ladies at my mom's work. I have been trying to get this done while battling with 2 sick kids. One has an ear infection and the other pneumonia. let me tell you it has not been fun around my house lately. Anyways I did finally finish and package the cards for my mom. Phew one less thing to do.
This is the rocking horse from B is for Boy Lite cartridge. The paper is from DCWV Nana's Nursery. I used a Martha Stewart punch as well. I ended adding the sentiment Sweet Baby from Papertrey Ink stamp set. I just forgot to photograph it. Hope you enjoy!

Here is a simple card I did for my friend to take to a baby shower. I have had no creative juices flowing inside this brain so this was the hardest card to put together. Just something simple. Train Ride

My kids at the fair today. In front of the train ride.
Here is the two page layout, I cannot wait to add the pictures.
The conductor and clouds were cut from Everyday Paper Dolls.
I stamped his face with Peachy Keen Stamps - Simple Sallies Assortments. So cute. I love love love their stamps. The clouds were embossed with my cuttlebug than I sponged them with some ink.
The train track is from Everyday Paper Dolls and the actual train is from the new cricut lite cartridge B is for Boy.
For the puffs of smoke from the train I just cut some clouds really small.
Hope you enjoy. :)
