Time for another So Saturday challenge over at Card Creation & More by C. Today the challenge is Spring. This is easy peasy with Easter right around the corner. This is page is of my daughter Isabella on Easter 2 years ago. The letters are actually foam letters that I have in my kids craft stash. The paper is a baby stack from K& Company. I embossed the purple paper with my cuttlebug.
The little girl is cut from Paper Doll Dress up cartridge. I stamped her face with my new Peachy Keen face stamps - Boy Mates. I embossed her hair and her pajamas in my cuttlebug as well. Ahoy Matey LO

Aww Christmas is over...I cannot believe it is almost 2011. Which means off to work I must go. :( I guess all things must come to an end. My baby is turning 3 months old tomorrow. Oh how time flies.
This LO is of my independent girly girl on her brother's 3rd birthday party. It was pirate theme so I had to dress her up too. :) I cut my cute little girl from Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge. The layout is from a sketch I found. I am entering this into the Sketches in Thyme Open Challenge. The border punch is a Stampin Up border punch.
Here is the sketch I used:

Halloween Police

This layout is of my Baseball Fanatic son who was a policeman last year for the second year in a row. Yes he asked to be a policeman again this year and I said he had to pick something different. I need an assortment of pictures that way I can scrapbook them. (hehe) So I think he wants to be a firefighter. At least something different right.
The background paper is from DCWV Haunting stack. I used some police paper from my stack to add a little police into halloween. The mats for the photos are DCWV Midnight Spell paper pack. I cut all the pumpkins from Potpourri Basket and used Peachy Keen Stamps. I used Monster Mash Face Assortment, Monster Face Assortment, and Pumpkin Face Assortments. The moon is from Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge and I stickled the stars. The police car and badge are cut from Everyday paper Dolls cartridge.
The police station is cut from My Community. I left the doors on the station open and added a pumpkin inside. I tried to decorate the station more haloweeny. So I added some halloween ribbon .

Halloween Time

So last night I am in my scrapbook room when my husband gets home. He asks me what I am working on. I show him the pictures from our son from Halloween. And tell him how I want to use the white picket fence that I picked up at Joanns the other day. I pull out my stack of DCWV Haunting paper stack and he starts looking through it. Confused is all I am. He usually never steps foot in my scrap area. So I let him pick out the paper. Then I sent him to the cricut cartridges to pick out cuts that he wanted me to make. He actually said wow this is kind of fun. HEHE. DUh why do you think I love to scrapbook. :)
Ok enough about how the page came together. I cut the spider from Potpourri Basket. I cut him out in shadow then stamped his face with Peachy Keens Monster Mash Face assortments. The spider web, mummy, purple monster, and cat pouncing on the fence are cut from Paper Doll Dress Up. I added some white thread from the spider to the web. The pumpkins are just some stickers from my stash.
The ghost is cut from Paper Doll Dress up as well. The rest are stickers from my stash.
Hope you enjoy :)

Kick This

Soccer is soon approaching and I still have not scrapbooked any soccer pictures onto pages. I did do the mini album awhile ago. So this is my first soccer page attempt. It was done quickly while the kids were getting ready for bed and picking out the books to read. Phew simple but one page down. I even forgot to use the soccer paper I had pulled out which was why I used these colors in the first place. It must be my pregnancy brain. The grass is from the Paper Doll Dress Up cricut cartridge.
Daniel is liked playing soccer. This was his first year. It was a 3 on 3 game and he did awesome for never playing before. Rarely playing soccer outside as well (its usually baseball that he plays). He scored lots of goals and had a lot of fun with his teammates. He is getting excited for soccer to start again.

I used Sports Mania cricut cartridge.
