Sweet Memories

This LO is of my son and niece while making gingerbread houses. It was such sweet pictures of them. They are 2 months apart in age. They have a love hate relationship. This has been going on ever since my son was born and my sister held him while she was 8 months pregnant. My niece would kick him and kick him. Hehe they are soo funny together.

I am entering this into 2 challenges today. The Cooking with Cricut challenge was holiday theme. And the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog challenge was holiday and use ribbon of course.
Sorry the picture didn't come out good. But I used the background paper from DCWV Winter Combo stack. The merry christmas ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I cut the title from Winter Frolic and the gingerbread house from My Community.
I think this is the first time I have used Winter frolic cartridge. It is soo cute too. I cut the title on Kraft cardstock then added stickles to the letters.
The gingerbread house had soo many extras to decorate. I cut the white shimmery part from DCWV glitter stack paper. I added stickles to the candy canes, pretzels and stars. Hope you enjoy.

I ended up making a second page to a Mother layout for my friend's album to finish the album. This is the page. The flower is cut from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More. The flower I left blank so that she could add her own journaling. The flourishes are from the Tie the Knot cartridge. The flowers are Prima flowers.

The challenge at Bitten by the Bug 2 was to use the flourish from Cindy Loo. I don't have that cartridge so I used Tie the Knot.
