Lucky card

I was in a total crafting mood the other night and got 5 projects done in a couple of hours. Phew
finally. For this card I used Emma from My Creative Time's dies she came out with. I just ♥ all her stamps and dies. This die is the scallop and stitched circle die. Then I peachified it with the Wide Eyed Kids face stamps. So super adorable. I added pink twine and stitching. The banner was a die I had and I stamped the sentiment Lucky to have you in my life which is one of Emma's stamps. Enjoy

Barbie birthday

My niece just turned 5 and was having a barbie themed birthday. Of course their are no Barbie cartridges but i thought this sillhoette cut from Forever Young cricut cartridge was close enough to looking like Barbie. What do you think? I used a zebra background and the sentiment is from Emma's birthday stamps.

Sympathy Card

Here is a card I made for a good friend. She lost her sister in a car accident last week. Please keep
her and their family in your prayers.

I used Elegant Edges for the back piece behind the flower. The flower is cut from Rock Princess. I added some stickles to the leaves and some pieces of the flower. The sentiment is from Emma at My Creative Time. Be back soon.

Background Paper Challenge

The last August challenge for the First of the Month Challenge is to make our
own background paper. I started with a white piece of paper then I distressed it slightly with pink ink. I then used my butterfly punch from stampin up and punched t on a seperate paper. With the punched paper I placed it in different areas on my white paer and inked it in different colors. I added rhinestones to the butterflies. And I used a stamp sentiment from My Creative Time with Emma.

Altered Item Challenge

The second challenge of August in the First of the Month challenge is to
alter an item. I picked up a letter from Michael's for my daughter Alexie
and I covered in princess paper. I added some cricut cuts to it and
 this is my finished product.

Life's A Beach Challenge

Today is the First of the month challenges at Card Creations & More. Lots
of fun today. The design team did some amazing projects. Go
look for lots of inspiration. The first challenge is to
use the cricut cartridge Life is a Beach. I used all cuts from this cartridge.
The cloud paper is from DCWV playtime stack. I also
used an EK success border punch for a mat on where my pictures will go.

I added stickles to the bucket.

Come join us in the challenge.
