I Love Summer LO
Post 2 of 3 today
Today is a new challenge blog at Card Creations & More by C. It is the 1st of the Month challenge. And there are 3 challenges that will be announced on the 1st day of every month. One of the 3 challenges today is inspired by a blogging friend.
I was inspired by Lauren and I was inspired by her "You Make Me Melt" layout.
Her layout is just oh so cute. Go check out her blog post by clicking on the link and it will go straight to the post I was inspired by.
I used the Simply Charmed cartridgefor the title and all the cuts. On the title I only used the shadow cut then used Peachy Keen face stamps.
I used some of Emma's stamps from My Creative Time. This set is her Camera Shy stamp set.
This layout is of my daughter at a friends annual beach party. She LOVED the beach. She was so dirty as you can see by the pictures she even had a sand mustache and beard. On my journal block I used Emma's stamp set Fun in the Sun set
The twine I got from the Twinery.
I added gloss to the popsicles.
Enjoy and come participate in one or all three of the challenges.

Happy Baby LO
The challenge this week at the cricut circle blog is to use this sketch and use two cricut cuts.
This is a layout of my youngest baby girl Alexie. She has been my easiest baby so far. Always happy and very very nosy even as a newborn.
I used Simply Charmed cartridge and Everyday Paper Dolls cricut cartridges.
This title is cut from Simply Charmed cartridge. I added stickles to the title.
This baby is cut from Everyday Paper Dolls. I added some yarn I found at Joanns to her hair. Of course I had to give her some diamond earrings. Her face is a Peachy Keen baby face stamp. I embossed her outfit through my cuttlebug. This stamp a sneak peek of a new stamp set about to be released from 40:31 Creations. I just love the new stamps. There will be two sets coming out so be on the lookout for them at Lauren's blog.

Card Creations & More by C Challenge #5
Good Morning my friends! Sorry I haven't been posting lately, I have been working a lot and my son started baseball. But today is the So Saturday challenge over at Card Creations & More. This is my first time doing this style of card. And it was soo much fun. Tuesday was my mom's birthday so this was her card I made for her.
The cupcake was cut from Simply Charmed cricut cartridge. I used my new set of stamps from My Creative Time both on the inside and outside. I stamped the cupcake face with Peachy Keen's Baby Face stamps.
I just love this sentiment from Emma at My Creative Time. I chose this one because the morning of my mom's birthday, my son called her to tell her happy birthday. Then my little 5 year old decided to ask how old she was. She said your not supposed to ask that. He said why are you 100. Hehe (ooh he is in big trouble now) She said no half that he then said 98. SO she told him no I am 25. He said oh man my dad is older than you grandma. hehe I love how he truly believed her.
Here is another view of the card completely closed. Now go to Card Creations & More and see the rest of the design team. and play along with us in the challenge.

Be My Valentine Card
Phew...I have been up since 2 scrapbooking. That is what happens when
you work nights. On your days off you end
up not being able to sleep at night and stay up
anyways. What better thing to do than scrapbook. Right? Well
I got a lot of stuff done. I got some DT work done which you will be seeing soon.
Anyways here is my card for today. It is the cute little love bug from Simply Charmed.
I stamped her little face with a Peachy Keen Princess Faces. The sentiment stamp on the heart is from Emma's My Creative Time. This is from her stamp set You Had Me at Chocolate.

Coupon Tags
Ok my aunt called me yesterday and asked me if I would make her coupons for her to give to her grandson for his 13th birthday on Saturday. She wanted 13 coupons. And she gave me a list of the 13 items. Here are 2 (front and back) of the 13 items.
#1: Cheesecake
My aunt makes the BEST cheesecake ever! And there is no baking involved so as soon as its made we an eat it. mmmm Everyone always asks for her to make it for our birthdays.
I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More for the tags. The word Yummy and piece of cake is cut from Simply Charmed. I added stickles to the cherry.

I stamped cheesecake from stamps from my stash. The cut is from Nursery Rhymes.

#2: Pizza
The pizza and soda are from Simply Charmed

Over at the Scrappiest I saw this sketch 89 and thought it was super cute. So I used it for this picture of my kids on an outing to the ice cream shop. I used Simply Charmed for the popsicle and title. The cone was cut from Sweet Treats, and the circles were cut from George and Basic Shapes. I used a Peachy Keen Stamp for the face on the word Yummy. Hope you enjoy.

The Stockings Were Hung
I definitely needed a little break from Halloween. So I decided to make a Christmas layout instead. I used the Simply Charmed cartridge. The ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon. And the paper is from the DCWV new paper stack.

I hung my family's stockings and was sad none of my cartridges had a fireplace. :( But the page still worked out. All the faces are stamped from different Peachy Keen Face stamps.

My inspiration for this page was the Bitten by the Bug 2 challenge which was banners. I tried to make a banner of stockings. Hope you enjoy.

Our Little Pumpkins
Today we went to the pumpkin patch. But before going I was taking pictures of our three kids. It got me to thinking about our three little pumpkins. I then thought ooh that will be a great page for the Cooking with Cricut blog challenge. The challenge was a project with your favorite pumpkin on it. Well my favorite pumpkins are my kids.
For the lettering I used the carousel cartridge. My layer was not cutting out how I wanted so I decided to just add orange stickles to add some color to the letters. I cut the pumpkins from the Simply Charmed cartridge. I tamped their faces with stamps from Peachy Keen Stamps. I wanted to make the pumpkins a little different, so I cut each one a different color to represent my kids. Purple for my baby girl, Blue for my Baseball Fanatic, and Pink for my Independent Girly Girl.

This is the picture of my "PUMPKINS" that I am going to put on the page. I just have not printed it yet.
Here is a close up of my pumpkins. I used Just Baby Face Assortment, Simple Sallie Face Assortments, and Everyday Face Assortments. Hope you enjoy. :)

Welcome Alexie Roze
My independent girly girl has claimed the color pink as I think I have said before. So she has decided her baby sister can have the color purple. So I figured I do scrap most of her pages with pink to make her happy so I would do Alexie's in purple. I haven't printed any pictures yet but here is a page for her. The title is from Simply Charmed. I cut the stats from New Arrival cartridge. Then I added a journal block.

Here is the picture they take in the hospital. I got them in the mail today.

The baby in a carriage is from Simply Charmed. I stamped her face with Just Baby Faces assortment stamps from Peachy Keen stamps. The bow was from my stash. Enjoy :)
